Conference Overview

CMU should be back on top after a year hiatus in 2008 and is, by far, the best team in the conference.  The East Division is wide-open, with any one of four teams possibly taking home the crown.  Look for improvements from Eastern Michigan and Toledo, while Ball St, and their 4 offensives returning starters will take a big step back in 2009.
